Who Needs to Sign What
Everyone in your group must have a signed form on file before we release your codes:
Drivers (25+) - the primary renter signs the Rental Agreement; each additional driver signs the Additional Drivers' Liability Waiver.
Adult passengers (18+) - sign the Passenger Waiver & Assumption of Risk.
Passengers under 18 - a parent or guardian signs the Parental Acknowledgment of Risk & Supervision.
Good to know: each Sea-Doo seats up to 3 people, and all drivers must be 25+ .
Every rider signs the form that applies to them:
Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver - primary renter
Additional Drivers' Liability Waiver - each additional driver (25+)
Passenger Waiver & Assumption of Risk - each adult passenger (18+)
Parental Acknowledgment of Risk & Supervision - a parent/guardian, for each rider under 18

Pick the option that fits your day - a preset package or our by-the-hour rate - and complete your payment. Once you complete payment, we'll place an authorized security hold for each Jet Ski - this is a hold, not a charge.

Once all required forms are signed, we'll email your lockbox access codes. We try to be quick, but please allow up to 30 minutes to an hour. Then grab your keys, be safe, and have fun!
Twins Creek Marina is just a hop, skip, and a quick 2-minute Jet Ski ride away!
Please fill out the Rental Return Form completely. It is important to document the final hours for billing purposes, as well as any damages or issues that may have occurred during your rental period.
We'll run the final invoice within 72 hours with the credit card on file.
